New Year, New Dough!
Happy new year, everyone! What’s a better way to start the year off right than with some delicious sourdough? We have a new flavor combo this month: dried apricot and goat cheese. It goes wonderfully with a charcuterie, cooked into an apple prosciutto and brie grilled cheese, or toasted and topped with honey. Also, the bakery is exploring some sourdough cookie recipes. Chocolate chip turned out to be a success over the holiday season. Peanut butter cookies are currently being tested, with more ideas following closely behind. keep you eyes peeled for future cookie updates.
